Still here?

Sorry, I fell asleep, again. It is pretty damn easy. Life is so sweet. The sun continues to shine brightly. My family loves me. And, it is great to be alive. So, why even bother hacking away at reality to get to the truth, when one can just so easily fall back asleep?
(It doesn't matter whether you fall back asleep for a day or five years, the truth awaits those who remain nonsoporific.)

Okay, one question. Can you tell me what is the name of the galaxy where our home planet, Earth, resides?

While you are thinking about the answer, let me give you a clue: you have been misinformed and possibly even lied to, again.

Your answer most likely is...the Milky Way Galaxy. Now, everyone knows that our planet, Earth, is located in one of the outer bands of the Milky Way, right?
Well, if our solar system formed as part of the Milky Way Galaxy, why do we see a broad swath of stars (our band within the Milky Way) spread at such a "steep" angle across the night sky? Shouldn't the plane of ecliptic of our solar system coincide with the Milky Way's plane of ecliptic (rotational plane) under the current theory of how galaxies and solar systems form through accreation? If this were in fact the case, shouldn't we see the Milky Way oriented nearer to our sun's and our other planets' orbital planes? This would mean that the Milky Way should be visible much, much closer to the horizon line during the night sky, even with the tilt of the Earth's axis.
The truth is our solar system is a member of the Sagitarrius Dwarf Galaxy which is in collision with the Milky Way Galaxy. Our solar system is more accurately positioned within a remnant fragment known as, Sagitarrius B, which continues to merge with the Milky Way Galaxy.

What has this to do with hacking our reality?

In a nut shell, the answer is...EVERYTHING.

(Have you found your answer to the question, "What is freedom"?)

We'll be exploring that question and more in detail as we continue with...
